OUR STAFF
At Bay Area we understand that any organization succeeds
with teamwork. Our managers and staff
operate on the basis that everyone is important and
plays a key role for our clients. Each is to do his part
and is expected put forth his best possible work on each
project. A byproduct is that we enjoy each other and
have fun working together as friends and associates.
Though we can not list all our valued team members, here
are some of the "coaches".

JOHN RICHESON

John began
Bay Area in 1979.
After attending a bible college John moved to Tampa in pursuit of a
degree in Engineering. With $10 and a prayer
and no experience he began Bay Area to
support himself through school.
Gaining the skills
of a
professional high rise window cleaner, John
and his team turned Bay Area into one of
Central Florida's best known companies in
its field. In
2006
the St. Moritz Group
purchased Bay Area from John who stayed on
board to consult with St. Moritz. Bay Area continues to grow and diversify as one of Florida's premier
service companies. |

MICHAEL HEMPHILL

|
Michael has been with Bay Area for over 14
years. Having successfully worked in all
aspects of the business from sales and
marketing to doing skillful and challenging
window cleaning projects on the field,
Michael is well rounded in meeting the needs
of our customers.
In addition Michael designs all our
marketing materials and websites for both

BRETT HEMPHILL

The brother to Mike Hemphill, Brett has been
with Bay Area for over 15 years. Brett is
most noted for his abilities to handle
nearly any large or challenging project with
safety and quality of work. This is because
of his years of hands on experience on the
field . He has done it all in this industry.
Brett resides in Tampa with his wife and

RICHARD HODGE

|
Richard has worked for Bay Area for well
over a decade and oversees the Pinellas
County territory and nearby areas, including
the beaches. Originally from Australia, by
way of Canada, Richard and his family now
live in St. Petersburg. In 2006 he completed
a Bachelor’s degree in Professional and
Technical Writing and is now pursuing a
Master’s degree. Putting his degree to work,
Richard constructed the Safety Manual used
by Bay Area. Along with his education,
Richard has more than two decades of
hands-on experience in all aspects of window
and pressure cleaning, from ground level to
hi-rise towers.

KEVIN CASTLEBERRY

Kevin handles the marketing and operations
of Bay Areas clients south of Tampa. This
includes Bradenton, Sarasota, Naples and all
related areas. Kevin and his wife and their
two children live in Brandon.
Starting years ago with no experience in the
window cleaning field was not a deterrent
for Kevin. He has become proficient in most
aspects of this industry. He has taken the
time to learn on the field
with his staff. Customers enjoy Kevin's
attention to detail and pleasant
personality. This is evidenced by our
continued growth in his areas of oversight.

BRAD BASTIAN

Brad started with Bay Area over 22 years ago with
nothing more than a few cards and a handful
of small jobs to take care of.
Today Brad oversees a crew of workers and
handles our smaller sized projects and
"route" work, an important part of our
business. His insistence on quality and
attention to detail shows in all his work.
His clients are very pleased with his work,
some of whom he has been servicing for over
a decade. Brad and his wife and two children

KAREN WEATHERFORD

Karen and her two associates, Tracey and
Sariah take
care of invoicing, insurance matters,
incoming phone calls and a host of other
responsibilities. Having worked for Bay Area
for over 10 years in various capacities,
Karen has a well rounded knowledge of the
back office operations. This benefits our
