One of the most unique buildings in Tampa's downtown skyline is the "round building" called Rivergate Tower. It is owned and beautifully maintained by ACP Realty Services, a full service development, leasing, management and investment firm headquartered in Miami, Florida.  Bay Area has worked for ACP as well as previous owners to help maintain the property. Bay Area Window Cleaning maintains the glass while Bay Area Painting & Waterproofing has helped with waterproofing and masonry cleaning. Having worked on this property for many years for previous owners, Bay Area is able to provide ACP with history about this property and assist them in their evaluations and inspections while on the tower.
